涂鴉·街畫藝術，作為現代城市文化“在地發生”的窺視鏡，于上世紀六十年代初起源于美國。一群紐約青年用隨性的繪畫方式重構世俗文化的碎片，打造社會自由的秩序。它背負這些青年對社會的構想：不羈、無界和瘋狂。

20世紀80年代，其藝術本體，以一種先鋒藝術的形態，披上了商業化和市場化的外衣，滲透到世界各個地區、各個領域，成為一種潮流時代的精神美學產物。其中，涂鴉·街畫藝術憑著獨特的視覺符號與藝術價值在公共藝術空間中占據著一席之地。

而作為全國首個由78個集裝箱組成的西財天府學院美術館將延續這種獨特的藝術視覺，在2021年10月15日，舉辦“天府藝術季②——天府國際涂鴉·街畫大賽”。本賽事主要致力于探究涂鴉·街畫文化在城鄉社區居住環境的美化功能，加強城市視覺文化表達的研究，提升城市形象，普及大眾對涂鴉·街畫藝術的審美認知。

Graffiti and Street painting, as a sight glass of modern urban culture, is originated in the United States in the early 1960s. A group of young New Yorkers reconstructed fragments of secular culture and recreated social order of freedom with casual painting. It reflects the young people's vision of society: unruly, unbounded and crazy.

In the 1980s, its artistic ontology, being a form of avant-garde art, was coated with commercialization and marketization, penetrating into all fields all over the world, and becoming the spiritual aesthetic product of the era. Graffiti and Street painting, particularly, occupies a place with its unique visual symbols and artistic value in public art space.

As the country's first gallery constructed by 78 containers, Tianfu College Art Gallery will continue this unique artistic vision, Therefore, on October 15, 2021, the Tianfu Art Season ② - Tianfu International Graffiti Street and Painting Competition will be held. This event is mainly devoted to exploring the beautification function of graffiti culture in urban and rural communities, to strengthening the study of urban visual and cultural expression, to enhancing the image of the city, and to popularizing the public's aesthetic understanding of graffiti and Street painting.

結交來自全國、全球各地的涂鴉·街畫大師，和他們一起拿一桶油彩、一罐噴漆，炸滿一座座墻！

天府學院美術館坐落于西財天府學院成都校區(東區)，是一個由 78 個集裝箱構建而成的美術館。此次天府國際涂鴉·街畫大賽創作以集裝箱外墻面為基點，現場創作展示墻面約為 400m²，每位藝術家在地創作不低于 15 m²。

Tianfu Art Season② - Tianfu International Graffiti and Street Painting Competitioncollection channel is officially opened!!!

Make friends with graffiti and street art masters from all over the country and around the world, and take a bucket of oil paint and a can of spray paint with them to blow up the walls!

Tianfu College Art Gallery, located in Chengdu campus of Tianfu College of SWUFE(East District), is an art museum made up of 78 containers. 

Tianfu International Graffiti and Street Painting Competition uses container façade (about 400 m²) as the painting wall, and eachartist are required to create their art piece no less than 15 m².

面向全國(大陸及臺灣、香港、澳門地區)及海外，從事涂鴉·街畫創作的藝術家。

注:入圍藝術家需保證 2021 年 10 月 9 日—2021 年 10 月 15 日期間能夠親臨天府學院美術館，現場完成作品。

This competition invites graffiti and street painting artists from all over the country (including the mainland, Taiwan, Hong Kong and Macao region) and overseas.

NB: You should ensure that you can come on site between 10.9 and 10.15 in Tianfu College Art Gallery to complete your work.

Step 1  關注“天府學院美術館”微信公眾號，輸入“報名表”后將收到《天府國際涂鴉·街畫大賽報名表》表格;

Step 2  將創意初稿(JPG 格式，分辨率 300 像素/英寸以上)與報名表發送至天府學院美術館評委會郵箱 yin_jingwen@qq.com。

注:郵件主題格式:【天府國際涂鴉·街畫大賽報名 + 姓名】要求投稿作品在實地繪制不小于 15 m²，所有繪制材料由主辦方提供。郵件正文:稿件名稱、作品呈現效果、參賽者姓名、參賽者照片，并在正文中闡釋創意思路。(300 字以內)

所有參與投稿的藝術家需保證參賽作品的原創性，保證對參選作品擁有排他性且完整的著作權。如有抄襲行為，將取消參賽獎項，退回獎金，并承擔相應法律責任。

All participating artists are required to ensure the originality of the entries and toensure exclusive and complete copyright. In the event of plagiarism, the prize willbe cancelled, and the prize will be returned. The corresponding legal liability willalso be borne.
